What you need
You need a linqlo account and an online device. First check that you can select the same workspace on the Web. Free allows up to 500 saved links. Check your remaining capacity and the pricing page.

Steps
1. Create a collection for the trip
Create a collection such as Kyoto · Weekend trip and check the workspace.
2. Save hotels, cafes, and sights
Save public URLs for a hotel, restaurant, and attraction. Confirm the three types appear together.
3. Record your reasons with tags and notes
Add hotel, cafe, and museum tags, with notes such as Walkable from the station or Rainy-day option.

4. Filter candidates and check the source
Filter by cafe and open a candidate. Check hours, closing days, and booking terms at the source, then date your note.
5. Open the same shortlist on your phone
On your phone, open the same account and workspace and reopen a candidate from the trip collection. Try this online before departure.

If saving or finding a link fails
If a saved link is missing, check the account, workspace, and collection, clear unwanted search or tag filters, and reload. After an error or lost connection, check for an existing copy of the URL before retrying. If signed out, sign in and recheck the destination and URL. If shared content is not restored, copy its URL again from the source and add it manually.
Capabilities and conditions
Do not rely on automatic itinerary planning, map placement, or live availability and opening-hour updates. Notes are your own records. Use public venue pages rather than reservation numbers, checkout screens, or personal URLs. Original pages may be unavailable without a connection.
Common questions
What if the title or image is missing?
Check the original URL and add a recognizable title if needed. Do not use thumbnail availability as proof of a successful save; check that the list opens the intended URL.
Does saving preserve the original forever?
This guide covers organizing URLs. Deletion, visibility changes, and login requirements depend on the destination. It does not permanently store social images or video files.
