Save the current page with the Safari extension
Save a page you find in Safari directly to your reading collection. The Safari extension is accessed through the browser extension menu, which is separate from the OS share sheet. First check the distributed version and connection on your device.
What you need
You need a linqlo account and an online device. First check that you can select the same workspace on the Web. Free allows up to 500 saved links. Check your remaining capacity and the pricing page.
The result
The steps below show where linqlo appears in Safari’s page menu and how to check that it is enabled in Manage Extensions. The save form and reopening still require distributed-version verification.

Steps
1. Check distribution and device availability
The public distribution page has not yet been confirmed. This guide is for environments that already have access to a test build. Check distribution information on the official website; if unavailable, paste the URL into the Web app.
2. Enable linqlo in Safari
Open Safari’s page menu and check that linqlo is enabled in Manage Extensions. Review website permissions in Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions. The screenshots show iOS 26.2.

3. Share the app sign-in with the extension
Sign in to the linqlo app, open the extension connection section in Account, and sync the connection. Confirm that sign-in is shared. This is separate from enabling the Safari extension in the previous step.
4. Save from the page menu
Open linqlo from Safari’s extension menu. Check the URL, title, workspace, and collection before saving.

5. Open the source from the list
After the completion message, find the link in linqlo and open the original page. Verify reopening as well as the save message.
If saving or finding a link fails
If a saved link is missing, check the account, workspace, and collection, clear unwanted search or tag filters, and reload. After an error or lost connection, check for an existing copy of the URL before retrying. If signed out, sign in and recheck the destination and URL. If shared content is not restored, copy its URL again from the source and add it manually.
Capabilities and conditions
If the extension is missing, check the installed distribution and Safari enablement. If disconnected, sign in and reconnect. Where the extension is unavailable, copy the page URL and add it manually on the Web. Permission labels and tap counts vary by OS; do not extrapolate to untested devices.
Common questions
What if the title or image is missing?
Check the original URL and add a recognizable title if needed. Do not use thumbnail availability as proof of a successful save; check that the list opens the intended URL.
Does saving preserve the original forever?
This guide covers organizing URLs. Deletion, visibility changes, and login requirements depend on the destination. It does not permanently store social images or video files.
