Steps

1. Create a property hunt collection

Create a collection like "Apartment Hunt 2026" or "Home Buying Options" to organize listings.

2. Save property listing URLs

Save 3–5 property listing URLs from rental or sale sites, or real estate agency pages. Paste the URL and confirm the property address or name appears in your list.

3. Add notes about rent and features

Note rent or price, utilities, deposit, distance to nearest transit, floor plan, year built, amenities (AC, in-unit laundry, parking), viewing date, and why this property interests you. Include details like "great natural light," "near grocery stores," or "newly renovated."

4. Tag for priority and status

Add tags like "near-transit," "budget-friendly," "tour-this-week," or "backup-option" to filter your list. Review each property's notes to decide viewing order and application priority.

5. Open original listing before viewing

Before scheduling a tour or applying, open the original listing page to check the latest rent or price, availability, viewing slots, and whether the listing is still active. Update your notes if details changed.

Troubleshooting

If you can't find saved listings, check your account, workspace, and collection settings, and remove any active search or tag filters. If saving failed or you lost connection, verify the URL isn't already saved before retrying. If not logged in, log in and confirm the target collection and URL. If share content didn't transfer, copy the URL from the listing site and add it manually.
